Extremely rare and slow-progressive parathyroid carcinoma: Case report

Introduction: Parathyroid carcinoma (PC) is an extremely rare, aggressive and life-threatening form of primary hyperparathyroidism (pHPT). PC accounts for less than 1% of cases of pHPT, predominantly diagnosed in the fifth or sixth decades of life.
